Thank you for choosing Realm Media Group. We are super excited to be working with you in growing your brand! Please fill out the form below to the best of your ability so we can get to know you a bit more.
WHAT TO EXPECT: After the contract is signed and deposit (if needed) has been received, we will review this submission form and be in touch within 24 hours. The next step is to get any final info and login's we will be needing for your accounts. Once we have all of those details, we will be ready to start!
COMMUNICATION: We will be communicating with you via your preferred method of contact and availability. We are available Tuesday-Friday, 10am-5pm (pst) for questions via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are unavailable during this time, we will respond within 24 hours. We will communicate throughout this entire process as we will be needing to receive your input, have you sign-off of on tasks and ask questions as needed. You will most likely hear from us every Friday with a weekly update on the process.
TIMELINE: The quicker response time for any questions or approvals, the shorter the timeline. The agreed time frame in our contract is based upon our workload and your response during the approval processes.
