There is a 24 hour grace period window for retainer payments due on the 1st of every month. This 24 hour grace period allows the client to pay before midnight on the 2nd day of the month. But, if payment is made on the 2nd day of the month the client would accrue a 5% additional fee on top of that monthly payment. Client must add this additional 5% fee into payment when paying.
If there is a default in payment, the client shall assume responsibility for all collection costs incurred by Realm Media Group including, but not limited to, all reasonable attorneys' fees necessitated by client's default in payment.
*please refer to the ‘Payment Arrangement’ and ‘Default In Payment’ section of our contract for more details.
